The kick-off event took place in the Stiftersaal of the Wallraf-Richartz-Museum in Cologne. The anniversary edition of MIT FRAUEN IN FÜHRUNG's Cross Mentoring program has the motto "Two shorten the road" and features top-class mentors from the top management of the alliance companies. The patron is Mayor Henriette Reker.
 
What is special about this Cross Mentoring round is that the 22 participating female mentees are already in management positions and will be taking the next step in their careers together with their mentors over the next 13 months.
 
We are delighted that our colleague Swetlana Niekisch-Krelowetz, Head of Marine & Aviation Claims at Delvag Versicherungs-AG, is taking part as a mentee. She forms a tandem with Jürgen Neutgens, Member of the Management Board of Volksbank Köln Bonn eG.
In the coming months, Martin Schmatz, Member of the Board of Delvag I Albatros, will be mentoring mentee Sara Riese, Member of the Board of PSD Bank.

Shortly before the start of the tenth Cross Mentoring program, the eighth round of mentoring came to an end in December 2023 after 16 months. The closing event took place in the Blue Lounge of Zurich Versicherung in Cologne Deutz.
